Hello! I’m Kasia.

I´m an illustrator and i live with my boyfriend and our little son on the outskirts of Berlin between the woods and a large lake. 

The forest is my second home. To me it is magical, a perfect place to let my imagination run free. In the evenings, when I look out of the window and the full moon hangs bright over the lake, places of longing are created in me, which are reflected on the paper.

I am a highly sensitive person and perceive nature in a very special way. I'm a daydreamer and I like to travel to faraway places in my thoughts. 

For me, melancholy is the gateway to the beauty of things. A remedy from which I draw new strength, ideas and reflection. I try to let this this atmosphere flow into my pictures.

I found the same mood in the cool, dark North, traveling its mystical, misty landscapes. But I also lost my heart to Scotland and its enchanting, fairy-like Highlands.
